Hundreds of thousands of adoptable dogs and cats are killed in shelters every year — just because they don’t have safe places to call home. I believe every dog and cat in my community deserves a chance.
I support Gov. Cox’s historic declaration in support of Utah pets, making 2024 “No-Kill Shelter Year” in Utah — a commitment on a government level for the state to save every pet possible and reach no-kill by the end of the year.
Saving the lives of animals who live in my community is in my hands. Change starts with me when I raise my hand to help make a difference for dogs and cats where I live by supporting my local shelter, and volunteering, adopting, fostering, and advocating for animals.
